Founder Max Ducharme's diverse experiences in M&A advisory, master plan, highrise, suburban development, and acquiring cash-flowing properties at a boutique firm shaped his philosophy of protecting capital through cost-basis, structure, and scenario analysis.

We aim to capitalize on asymmetries arising from inherent asset quality, operational improvements, regulatory entitlements, and financial structuring opportunities.

As an independent sponsor, PMD Capital evaluates and structures each deal on its own merits. Its investment strategy is not constrained by set time horizons or return parameters.

Max Ducharme

Max previously held roles as Managing Partner of Alternative Investments at Basis Industrial and Senior Vice President at the Falcone Group. At the Falcone Group Max was responsible for all financial and transaction related matters within the Miami Worldcenter master plan.

With a track record of over $2BN in real estate acquisitions and development, Max also brings corporate finance expertise from positions including Head of Strategic Planning at a European telecom operator and M&A Advisory at KPMG. Additionally, he served on the planning and zoning board of the City of North Bay Village.

Max holds an MBA from The Wharton School of Business, an MA from the University of Pennsylvania, and a BS in Accounting and Finance from Lehigh.
